Returns/Refund Policy

At Fusion we are sure you will be delighted with your purchases from us, occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return items. Outlined below is our returns policy.

We accept the return of items only if they are unopened (except in cases where the item has to be tried for fit) and in their original condition with the original tags attached, along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip. If you return goods as detailed, within 21 days from the date of purchase, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (excluding postage costs). if products are returned without original tags, not in original packaging or damaged they may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.


When returning items please also list the reason for return.

Shipping packages must be returned pre-paid. We recommend that you return items insured. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our premises. Please send all ‘on-line’ purchase returns to:

Defective Items

You can return items if they are defective and are under the terms of our warranty conditions. We will only accept returns of items that have been opened or used if they are defective. (See warranty section for information on how to return defective items).
